Right of Withdrawal 

At Wrapp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you, for any reason and without incurring any cost except for the return shipping fees.

Returns Window

14-day return period – calculated from the date your order is delivered to you (the date the last item arrives at your address). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to Return Your Order

Returning an item is simple and straightforward:

  1. Log in to your Wrapp account and navigate to your order history
  2. Select the order you wish to return
  3. Click "Return Item" and choose your reason for return
  4. Print your return label (provided by our system)
  5. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  6. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location
  7. Track your return until it arrives back at our warehouse

Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your package arrives safely.
