TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (Conditions Générales de Vente)

1. Scope and Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) apply to all sales of products through the Wrapp website (www.wrapp.com). By placing an order, you accept these terms in their entirety. These conditions prevail over any other terms or conditions.

2. Offer and Order Formation

Product Offers

  • All product displays on our website constitute an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice

Order Process

  1. You select products and add them to your cart
  2. You review your order and enter delivery/billing information
  3. You select a shipping method
  4. You review and accept these Terms and Conditions
  5. You proceed to payment
  6. Order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed

Order Confirmation

  • An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address
  • This email constitutes acceptance of your order

4. Product Prices

Price Display

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€) including applicable VAT
  • Prices are valid only at the time they are displayed on our website
  • Prices may change at any time without notice

VAT & Taxes

  • EU Customers: VAT is included in the displayed price
  • Non-EU Customers: You may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes at delivery
  • USA Customers: Sales tax or other duties may apply depending on your state

Promotional Discounts

  • Promotional codes must be entered at checkout to apply discounts
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
  • Promotions are subject to terms and availability
  • We reserve the right to cancel any promotion at any time

5. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

Wrapp accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Other payment processors as displayed at checkout

Payment Timing

  • Payment must be received before your order is processed
  • Payment is collected at the time you submit your order
  • Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed

Payment Authorization

  • You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • You authorize Wrapp to charge your payment method for the full order amount
  • All charges are final unless a refund is issued

Failed Payments

  • If payment fails, you will be notified by email
  • You have 24 hours to resubmit payment or your order will be cancelled
  • A new payment attempt may incur additional fees (charged by your bank)

6. Order Fulfillment & Processing

Processing Timeline

  • Processing time: 2-3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
  • During peak periods, processing may take longer

Manufacturing

Products are manufactured on-demand through our partner Printify. Manufacturing times vary depending on product type and complexity.

Quality Control

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. If a defect is identified, we will contact you to offer a replacement or refund.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Responsibility

  • Shipping costs are as stated at checkout
  • EU & USA: Flat rate of €2.00
  • Rest of World: Calculated at checkout
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

Delivery Address

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address
  • We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses or failed delivery attempts
  • If you need to change your address, do so before payment is processed

Non-Delivery

If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact us immediately with your tracking number.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return Window

  • 14-day return period from the date of delivery
  • Returns must be initiated within this window to be eligible

Conditions for Returns

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached and intact
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense (unless defective)

Refund Process

  • Upon receipt and inspection: 5-7 business days
  • Refund issuance: Within 14 days of approval
  • Refund method: Original payment method
  • Final receipt: 3-5 additional business days via your bank

Defective Products

  • 30-day window to report defective items
  • Free return label will be provided
  • Full refund or replacement at no cost

9. Product Guarantees

Statutory Guarantee (Garantie Légale)

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under French law for:

  • 2 years from purchase (for consumers in France)
  • Products must conform to the order and be fit for their intended purpose

Limited Warranty

We warrant that products will:

  • Be free from manufacturing defects
  • Meet the description provided on our website
  • Be delivered safely and undamaged

We do not warrant that:

  • Products will meet every personal expectation
  • Products will not fade or wear with normal use
  • Products are suitable for specific purposes (unless expressly stated)

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect
  • Improper care or cleaning
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Use outside intended purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Wrapp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Wrapp is not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

Exception: This limitation does not apply to claims for personal injury, death, or fraud.

11. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout
  • Protect your account login credentials
  • Use products in accordance with all instructions and warnings
  • Not resell or redistribute products for commercial purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

12. Cancellation Rights (EU Consumers)

Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order:

Before Shipment:

  • Free cancellation at any time
  • Full refund of purchase price (minus shipping if not defective)

After Shipment:

  • Must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy
  • 14-day return window applies
  • Return shipping is at your expense

How to Cancel

  1. Log into your Wrapp account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Click "Cancel Order" (only available before shipment)
  4. Confirm cancellation
  5. You will receive a refund confirmation email

13. Force Majeure

Wrapp is not responsible for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Wars or civil unrest
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Government actions or sanctions
  • Power outages or utility failures

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume service and fulfill orders.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Wrapp website, including product designs, images, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Wrapp or used with permission. You may not:

  • Reproduce or copy content without authorization
  • Create derivative works
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright or trademark notices
